Marcela Alejandra Aphalo Born in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, in 1961.
She began her art training with sculptor Rafael Martín. Through a scholarship for inland residents, awarded by the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, Argentina, she studied drawing and sculpture with artist Juan Carlos Distéfano and attended the sculpture workshop of sculptor Leo Vinci.
She has developed teaching activities in various social fields.
She lives and works in Buenos Aires.
